WITMOTION USB-UART 6-in-1 USB to Serial Converter, Multifunctional (USB to TTL) Adapter Module

How about supplying some useful data about this product. I can't find anything anywhere on the internet or the WIT website. I don't know why there are two outputs RTS and DTR both of which do the same thing and I don't know why the TTL output is 3.3V. Is it changeable by some means? There is no CTS output so flow negotiation is impossible. Unless I am missing something - like documentation. I should have bought a better product.
