Can the app be installed on an iPhone or a Mac? Are there any installation tutorials?

We have an iPhone app available, but not for Mac yet. We also don't have a tutorial for connecting the product to the app yet, but we will be developing one later.

When will I get my order?

If you choose standard shipping, it will generally take two weeks; if you choose DHL or FedEx, it will generally take one week to arrive.

Regarding customs duties: Do I need to pay customs duties?

Yes, you will need to pay customs duties in your country. Please familiarize yourself with your country's customs policies regarding imports from China. Generally, the freight forwarder will assist you with customs clearance, and you will only need to pay the customs duties.

For the United States, we offer two trade terms: DDP and DAP. You can choose between these options when selecting your shipping method. DDP means we handle all customs clearance procedures for you, and you simply wait to receive the goods. DAP means you are responsible for customs clearance yourself (not recommended).

Furthermore, the amount of customs duty is directly related to the declared value. For example, if the order value is $100 but only $10 is declared, the customs duty will be $10 multiplied by the customs tax rate. If you require a lower declared value, please contact us. Please note that under-declaring the value carries risks, such as customs inspection, and you will be responsible for any resulting losses.

When WT9011DCL develops its app, the connection is very slow and often fails to connect. What is the reason?

The Bluetooth module has an autoConnection property, which cannot be turned on. Check whether automatic connection is enabled.
