The PC software can receive data, but the configuration interface is offline.

When the configuration interface is offline, configuration changes cannot be applied. Please check the following:

a. The RX pin on the TTL Serial interface may have poor contact, causing command transmission failure. Check the wiring and solder joints.

b. The current Baud Rate is too low or the data rate is too fast. Click "Re-read Configuration" on the configuration page.

c. The selected device model in the PC software does not match the actual device. Choose the correct model to read the configuration.

d. The PC software version may be outdated. Click "Update PC software" under the Help section.

e. The serial port is connected to an external microcontroller. Erase the microcontroller program to restore normal serial communication.

What are Bandwidth, Baud Rate, and Output Rate?

Baud Rate: It can be understood as the number of symbols transmitted (or received) by a device per second. It is a measure of the symbol transmission rate. 1 baud means 1 symbol is transmitted per second (different modulation methods can carry multiple bits of information on one symbol). 1 bit per second means 1 bit is transmitted per second. The unit "baud" already represents modulations per second, so "baud per second" is a common misconception.

Bandwidth: Intuitively, the smaller the Bandwidth setting, the smoother the measured data curve, but the signal response will lag more, and signal changes above the bandwidth cannot be measured. Conversely, the larger the Bandwidth setting, the more noise and glitches in the data curve, but it can respond faster to signal changes.

Output Rate: Simply put, it determines how fast the data updates. The time interval of the data recorded by the PC software is equal to 1 divided by the Output Rate.
