We have an iPhone app available, but not for Mac yet. We also don't have a tutorial for connecting the product to the app yet, but we will be developing one later.

About the product
Our attitude sensors are all inertial sensors. The angles expressed in the product are in the internally rotated Euler angle coordinate system. The Euler angle order is the same as the ZYX order.
The Bluetooth module has an autoConnection property, which cannot be turned on. Check whether automatic connection is enabled.
The order of Euler angle rotations is: zyx, internal rotation; the order of quaternions, q0, q1, q2, q3, corresponds to w, x, y, z.
At a constant speed, you can connect the device to the PC software and click on "Gyro Auto-calibration" in the configuration interface to disable gyro auto-calibration. At low speeds, the rotation speed should not fall below 0.7 degrees per second. This also disables gyro auto-calibration. However, this can cause issues: when the device is stationary, the angles will automatically accumulate or subtract, and there's currently no solution for this.
Disabling gyro auto-calibration in the PC software is as follows:

To disable gyroscope auto-calibration, use the following command:
Unlock: FF AA 69 88 B5
Delay: 100ms
Modify: FF AA 61 01 00
Save: FF AA 00 00 00
The Bluetooth module used in our product is rated for 50 meters, and we tested the device's Bluetooth transmission performance in an open environment with no interference from other devices or objects in between. Actual usage may be affected by other device signals and obstructions, which will affect Bluetooth transmission distance. The receiving device may also be affected. Actual usage will depend on your environment.
Suggestions:
First: Reduce other signal interference: When using a Bluetooth device, eliminate any interference from other signals, such as WiFi 2.4G band signals.
Second: Minimize interference from objects such as walls and people. In short, avoid penetrating objects.
Third: Use a Bluetooth device with better performance as the receiving terminal.
Causes of z-axis inaccuracy caused by magnetic field interference:
Nine-axis products and products with magnetic field sensors measure z-axis angles based on the Earth's geomagnetic field. If the environment contains other devices generating magnetic fields, the magnetic field measured by the sensor will contain both the Earth's magnetic field and the interfering magnetic field. The calculated z-axis angle will be a mixed field, resulting in z-axis inaccuracy.
Solutions to z-axis inaccuracy caused by magnetic field interference:
Method 1: Install the sensor some distance from the interference source. (Use non-magnetic pin headers and leads. Interference sources include magnets, motors, and objects containing iron, cobalt, and nickel. Steel demagnetizes at high temperatures. Specific materials can be compared by measuring magnetic field strength. The Earth's normal magnetic field strength is around 50uT. A magnetic field exceeding 20% indicates magnetic interference.)
Method 2: The installation location cannot be sufficiently distant from the interference source. If the source of magnetic interference is a constant magnetic field, magnetic field calibration can be used to resolve the issue. Magnetic field calibration can compensate for the constant interference field. (Constant magnetic field interference sources: For example, objects containing iron, cobalt, and nickel, or fixed magnets, are fixed in position and have a fixed magnetic field, generating a constant magnetic field. This type of interference can be resolved with magnetic field calibration. Note: Motors are non-constant interference sources.)
For magnetic field calibration, refer to the magnetic field calibration video.
Method 3: If the above solutions cannot be solved, the magnetic field interference problem can be resolved by shielding the interference source. Use Permalloy to encase the magnetic field interference source (such as the motor on the cart or a strong magnet). Then, install the sensor 10 cm away from the shielding layer for normal measurement.
